very slow book unless you have read the previous one. hard to keep up with. not happy with the ending being left open for another book to finish the story. won't read another book by this author. not a book recommended to friends.
I am sorry to say that I didn't even finish this novel as I found he characters uninteresting. I just couldn't continue

Great read!
Did everyone rape the servants. Were all the rich women not having sex with everyone as the men seem to do. More story less sex as that does not add to the the whole plot.
This is a very fast-paced story but the books really need very intensive editing. The writing is almost childish.
The secrets of Montresor the French orphan book two was okay but not as well written as the first and not sure if I will bother buying the next one.
